Some factory radios have an integrated diagnostic system that turns off the rear speakers
respectively disabled the fader in the radio menu as soon as the connection to the speakers was broken.
The ISOFAD adapter simulates a correct speaker connection for the factory radio, thereby outsmarting the diagnostic tool.
